Business Details

The Kamloops Heritage Railway operates the restored 1912 steam locomotive, Canadian National Railway #2141, known as the "Spirit of Kamloops." The railway offers heritage train excursions, including the "Armstrong Explorer," a 112.8-mile round trip between Kamloops and Armstrong, British Columbia. As of 2020, the railway has been on temporary static display due to increased freight traffic. The Kamloops Heritage Railway Society plans to resume steam excursions as early as 2026, following a six-year hiatus.
