Sunburst Bar + Eatery

Sunburst Bar + Eatery sits at the top of the Sunburst Express chairlift in Sun Peaks Resort. It's a casual spot with a large patio, offering grab-and-go sandwiches and baked goods in summer, and hearty meals with a full-service bar in winter. Known for its daily fresh cinnamon buns, it's also the venue for the Alpine Fondue & Starlight Descent—a three-course fondue dinner followed by a guided night ski down the 5 Mile run. The restaurant is currently closed and will reopen on June 14, 2025, with the start of summer chairlift operations.
