Hot Nite in the City

Hot Nite in the City returns to downtown Kamloops on August 8–9, 2025, celebrating its 31st year as a premier automotive event. Spanning six city blocks, the free, family-friendly Show & Shine will feature over 500 vehicles, including street rods, customs, muscle cars, vintage models, motorcycles, big rigs, and electric vehicles. Festivities begin Friday with a Poker Run at 2 PM from the Plaza Hotel, followed by the Dubs Kustoms pedal-powered drag race at 7 PM and a truck and car light show at 9:30 PM. Saturday's main event runs from 9 AM to 5 PM, featuring live music, vendor booths, and the “Electric Avenue” exhibit, highlighting electric vehicles and sustainable technologies.
