Sun Peaks Adventure Race

The Sun Peaks Adventure Race, set for August 9, 2025, challenges solo racers and teams of two to navigate a rugged course using only maps and compasses. Participants will mountain bike, trek, and paddle through a mix of mandatory and optional checkpoints. The full 8-hour race covers up to 50 km, while the 4-hour “lite” version spans about 23 km. No GPS or e-bikes allowed. Competitors must bring their own mountain bikes and watercraft (kayak, SUP, or canoe). This is the final summer event in Adventure Immersion Lab’s series, offering a raw, self-powered challenge in a mountain setting.
