Sunday Brunch at Sun Peaks runs from June 16 to September 28, offering a range of options across the village. Mantles Restaurant serves a buffet with items like smoked salmon eggs Benedict, shakshuka, and BC wild salmon. Masa’s Bar + Grill features dishes such as merguez shakshuka and breakfast poutine. Chez Joe Poutine offers brunch poutine with hash browns, cheese curds, scrambled eggs, hollandaise, and bacon. Cahilty Creek Kitchen provides eggs Benedict and avocado toast until 3:00 p.m. Vertical Café serves banana bread French toast and a farmer’s hash. Ohana Deli Market offers a Yorkshire pudding eggs Benedict. Bottoms Bar and Grill hosts a hip hop-themed brunch at noon. Special events include a yoga and brunch session at Cahilty Creek Kitchen and a drag brunch at Masa’s Bar + Grill on September 8.
